The Dilag
Facial.

Not a spa facial. A 75-minute medical treatment that changes what it does based on what your skin actually needs on the day — extraction when needed, infusion when needed, LED always.

What it is

Most facials are a fixed sequence — cleanse, steam, extract, mask, done — performed the same way for every patient. The Dilag Facial isn't. It's a structured 75 minutes with a dermatologist or our senior aesthetic nurse, where the actual steps depend on what we see when we read your skin that day.

If you arrive with active breakouts, we'll spend more time on extraction and high-frequency treatment. If you arrive with dullness and dehydration, we'll focus on infusion and LED. If you have sensitive skin or rosacea, we skip the steam entirely and use cooler modalities. The facial adapts.

It's also a diagnostic moment. The dermatologist who treats you will note anything that needs follow-up — a mole that's changed, a pigmentation pattern that warrants a closer look, a breakout pattern that suggests an underlying issue. We treat the facial as part of ongoing skin care, not a one-off indulgence.

The 75 minutes

A typical session runs like this, though your actual breakdown may differ:

  • 0–10 min — Skin analysis under daylight lamp, brief history check, what's changed since your last visit
  • 10–20 min — Double cleanse, enzyme exfoliation customized to your skin's tolerance that day
  • 20–35 min — Extractions under magnification, with high-frequency or sonophoresis as needed
  • 35–50 min — Targeted infusion — vitamin C, niacinamide, hyaluronic acid, or a custom blend
  • 50–65 min — LED light therapy (blue for acne, red for inflammation, near-infrared for healing)
  • 65–75 min — Mask, finishing serum, SPF, and a written take-home note

You'll leave with a single sheet of paper: what we did, what we noticed, and what we'd suggest next. No upsell. No "your skin needs twelve products."

After

No downtime. Your skin may be slightly pink for an hour, especially if we did extractions. You can return to work, but we ask that you avoid heavy makeup for the rest of the day if possible. Sunscreen is, as always, non-negotiable.

You'll notice a glow immediately, but the real benefit accumulates over a course of treatments. Most patients come monthly; some come every six weeks. We'll suggest a cadence based on your skin's rhythm, not a package.

Pricing

  • Single Dilag Facial — ₱4,500
  • Package of 4 — ₱16,000 (saving ₱2,000, valid 6 months)
  • Add-on: LED extended 15 min — ₱800
  • Add-on: Custom infusion ampoule — ₱600

First-time patients must complete a skin reading (₱2,000) before booking a facial. This is non-negotiable — we won't treat skin we haven't read.

Common questions

Three things: who performs it (a dermatologist or a nurse under direct dermatologist supervision), what we use (medical-grade products and equipment, not retail brands), and what we look for (clinical signs, not just relaxation). You can fall asleep during a Dilag Facial — many patients do — but the treatment itself is medical.

Yes, and we'll often recommend it. Extractions done properly (under magnification, with the right prep, by someone trained) can accelerate healing of inflamed lesions. We'll skip steps that irritate active acne and add steps that help — blue LED, high-frequency, salicylic infusion.

Mostly yes, with modifications. We skip salicylic acid at higher concentrations, retinoids entirely, and certain essential oils. The facial is adapted to what's safe for you. Please mention pregnancy when booking so we can plan accordingly.

For most skin, monthly is the sweet spot — enough time for the previous treatment's effects to settle, frequent enough to stay ahead of congestion. For acne-prone skin, every 2–3 weeks during a flare. For maintenance, every 6–8 weeks is fine. We'll tell you what we'd do if it were our skin.
